About this event
As part of its Superannuation Data Transformation Project (Phase 2: Depth), APRA released a discussion paper on 30 November 2023, detailing proposed enhancements to the collection of data related to investments (including indirect investment costs), registrable superannuation entity (RSE) profiles, and RSE licensee financials.
In recent weeks, APRA issued its first response to the consultation, focusing on enhancements to superannuation data collections, particularly on indirect investment costs and trustee financial statement reporting. To prioritize investment cost data and financial statements, APRA has divided its response into two releases. The second response, which will address the remaining topics, is expected later this year.
Additionally, APRA has published its latest Corporate Plan, which outlines its strategic priorities for maintaining the strength and stability of the financial institutions it supervises over the next four years.
We are pleased to invite you to this presentation, hosted by RegCentric, where we will explore the implications of APRA's recent announcements on RSEs. We'll delve into how the proposed enhancements to superannuation data collections, will affect RSE operations and compliance moving forward.
