Powering Human Performance: Using Data and Tech to Unlock Athlete Performance

Data is a commodity. So, how do we convert data into action? Many leagues and clubs are drowning in data, paralyzed by it - they can’t process the information efficiently or effectively, work in silos and are left with no actionable intelligence to move their organizations forward. On this episode of SBJ Live, learn from Kitman Labs and its customers on how to approach your overall data strategy and effectively leverage data to make it work for you and your desired performance and operating outcomes.

The panel will highlight specific use cases, best practices and the overall need to exploit technology and data to:

  • Provide real time transparency of athlete, team and league specific data across multiple stakeholders
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments and working groups to support informed decision-making
  • Ensure complete, accurate information around athletes, teams and leagues - combining relevant data sets to close critical information gaps and provide essential context
  • Employ that data to address a range of operating and performance outcomes ranging from compliance to performance optimization to player development and longevity to driving league or team-wide efficiencies and productivity.
