During this webinar, we will review the guidelines from an economic perspective. We will discuss a number of questions, including:

  • How do the draft guidelines reflect economic theories of anti-competitive foreclosure?
  • Do they help distinguish anti-competitive conduct from legitimate competition?
  • Will they support the European Commission’s objective of delivering a workable effects-based approach?
