Louise Horton is an experienced policy professional, currently shaping NCC Group's engagement with government, regulators and key policy influencers. She joined NCC Group from the UK Cabinet Office, where she spent almost a decade leading cross-government policy and, most recently, leading national cyber resilience strategy: advising ministers and translating technical complexity into meaningful policy impact.
Seena is a communications and policy professional currently delivering government affairs at NCC Group. Seena supports policy engagements with lawmakers, coordinates government consultation responses, and contributes to developing thought leadership that informs external audiences of the cyber policy landscape and its impacts.
Seeking to act as an interpreter between technical, policy and analyst communities, Kat leads NCC Group’s political engagement, government relations and lobbying work, educating policy-makers on cyber security realities and creating conducive operating environments for cyber security professionals.
Joost is a consultant at Fox-IT specialising in reducing complexity and aligning business, IT and cyber strategy. He works at the intersection of cybersecurity, regulation and organisational change, helping organisations translate evolving policy and regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable action. He brings a hands-on, problem-solving approach to complex cyber challenges, combining strategic insight with technical understanding to support resilience and drive meaningful transformation in a rapidly changing policy landscape.
Josh Kolleda brings 16 years of experience in the private, public, and defense sectors. He focuses on cyber security consulting capabilities across all of NCC Group’s services for companies in the transportation sector (automotive, maritime, aerospace, rail). He has worked with entities throughout the automotive and roadside infrastructure ecosystem, such as large OEMs, suppliers, standards bodies, infrastructure owner-operators, state and local governments, and federal regulators. Josh's background as a former US Army officer specializing in transportation/logistics teams adds a unique perspective to his work. He also has a master’s degree in Transportation Policy, Operations, and Logistics and holds CISSP and PMP certifications.
