British Retail Consortium invites you to their event

Climate Action Week: Retail Estates

About this event

As part of BRC Climate Action Week 25-29 October, we’re hosting a series of events to showcase initiatives and good practice being undertaken by UK retailers on the journey towards Net Zero.

Each day we’ll profile and provide practical advice and guidance on one of the 5 key Pathways of the BRC Climate Action Roadmap – an ambitious industry-led initiative designed to get the whole of the UK Retail industry and its supply chains to Net Zero by 2040.

........................

This event, in conjunction with our Climate Action Roadmap Pathway 2 Partner, The Crown Estate, focuses on actions underway to help decarbonise retail buildings through improved energy efficiency and greener sources of energy.

Join us to:

  • Find out how your organisation can benefit from a new Retailer/Landlord Protocol due to be launched in Autumn.
  • Gain updates on latest Government policy, direction of travel and what it means for both retail owners and tenants.
  • Hear good practice case studies on improving energy efficiency and shifting to renewable energy across retail estates.
  • Gain practical advice and put questions direct to BRC experts, retailers and landlords.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This event is free to join and is open to all BRC retail members, associate members and non-members.

It will be of particular interest and benefit colleagues working across property, retail estates, facilities and energy; as well as colleagues responsible for meeting their organisation's CSR and sustainability goals.
