Before joining Versuni, Ajay held key roles at eBay Germany and Opaldoor Softwares, driving digital growth, analytics, and business transformation for global clients. He holds a Global MBA, is Google Data Analytics certified, and trained in Agile methodologies (PSPO™ & PSM™).

With over a decade of experience spanning customer intelligence, digital strategy, and client success, Lamia specializes in helping organizations move from data overload to true insight-driven innovation. At Wonderflow, she plays a key role in driving client impact through the company’s AI-powered feedback analytics platform — enabling brands to centralize, analyze, and activate customer feedback at scale. Before joining Wonderflow, Lamia spent 11 years at Datawords, where she led international accounts and built multilingual digital strategies for global brands. Her career began at Ogilvy, where she honed her expertise in consumer storytelling and brand communication.
