Event description: Profiles are an essential element in Klaviyo, and they are much more than a name and an email address. Profiles contain all of your customer data from every integrated source and give you a holistic picture of who your subscribers really are. Join us as we break down each section of a Klaviyo profile and show you how to best optimize this data to further your marketing strategy.

Attend this training if: your online store is integrated with Klaviyo, you currently have customer profiles in your account, and you are ready to take a deeper look at these profiles.

In this session, we will:

• Understand what a profile is in Klaviyo and what information can be found there
• Explore custom profile properties
• Understand predictive analytics
• Learn how to use profile data to personalize and optimize your marketing strategy

Session requirements: You will get the most out of this session if you have your online store integrated with Klaviyo and profiles currently in your account. As a note, predictive analytics will only appear on profiles if certain criteria are met. Having predictive analytics in your account is not a requirement in order to attend the session, but they will be discussed during this training.
