About this event

As we all know, social data is a valuable source of data to better understand our customers. But, sometimes it can be hard to go beyond measurement-based use cases and dig deeper into the data to extract insights that give us a different perspective on our audience.

We’ve challenged some industry experts to see what they can learn about a specific audience relating to a key social issue using only social data. During this session, they’ll reveal the insights they’ve gathered and the methods they used to get there.
