She helps brands move beyond simply measuring brand health to identify opportunities for growth and turn insight into meaningful action. Prior to Toluna, Lisa held senior roles at Ipsos ASI, Nielsen BASES, PRS and Hotspex, and has partnered with leading global organisations including P&G, Colgate, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi, Mars/Wrigley and Diageo. Her expertise combines rigorous brand measurement with a practical understanding of the business decisions insight needs to support.

Adam Pearl is Toluna’s Portfolio Solution Lead, bringing 20 years of experience across market research, consumer insights, innovation and solution development. He works closely with clients to connect consumer understanding with business objectives, translating complex challenges into practical research approaches that support better decision-making and uncover opportunities for growth.
