IATA Travel Pass – Managing Passengers Identity and COVID Compliance

The aviation industry has been impacted more than any other sector by the COVID epidemic, with passengers fearful of traveling, governments reluctant to open borders for fear of the virus spreading, and where travel is possible then the checks imposed at airports are so onerous that there is not the capacity to open up wide scale travel again. During the presentation we will explore what IATA is doing to help manage the collection, verification and communication of COVID test results off airport to solve some of these challenges.
