About this event
In this exclusive webinar, we explore the transformative role of cloud-based automation in healthcare, enabling providers to enhance patient safety and streamline the management of complex, long-term care pathways. Together with Microsoft, we’ll dive into the unique challenges of follow-up care for chronic and long-term conditions, often reliant on fully manual processes that can be labor-intensive and prone to error.
Timely and accurate follow-up care is crucial for patients’ long-term health. Yet for healthcare providers, managing outpatient care efficiently comes with significant challenges due to limited resources, the potential for human error, and the dependency on individual staff.
We’ll conclude with a real-world case from breast cancer follow-up care, demonstrating how Azure-based automation successfully addresses these risks and enhances operational efficiency in patient care.
