About the workshop:

This workshop will cover Luxembourg’s government funding for research, development, and innovation for businesses including key principles of state aid, all relevant schemes, main eligibility criteria, and the decision process. It will also spotlight collaboration opportunities with public research and offer guidance on how companies and entrepreneurs can benefit from support when applying.

Designed for companies of all sizes and sectors, the workshop will clarify which schemes apply to each.

Presentation of the speaker: Frédéric Becker, Direction Générale Aides d’Etat et financement aux entreprises, Ministère de l’Économie

The Ministry of the Economy is, among several missions, in charge of the management of state aids for R&D and Innovation, where it encourages companies to carry out R&D activities. The ministry engages with Luxembourg-based companies of all sizes and sectors and assesses their submitted projects on an individual basis.
