About this event
Joel Levitt joins The Maintenance Community on February 3, 2022 at 7:00am PT/10:00am ET for a webinar on “Lean Maintenance.”
About the Webinar: This webinar is based on the on-site seminar “Lean Maintenance.” Each topic area is a 1-hour session. Both the on-site seminar and this webinar are designed for teams to listen to the ideas, discuss them and decide what applies in their operating environment. In most cases, maintenance workers must be involved in the process (since the waste is right in front of them in their daily workday)
For Lean maintenance to become part of the culture, a critical mass of employees have to understand the ideas. In addition, top management has to free up resources and time to pursue Lean projects. Returns on investment show up immediately with properly conceived and executed Lean Maintenance projects. The biggest benefits come from the application of Lean concepts and ideas over a longer period of time; underneath all the fat that you deal with is more fat that you can’t even see the first go around.
