Since 2019, Dr. Sonja König has been working for Büchi Labortechnik AG in the field of NIR analyses. During her career, she has gained experience with diverse analytical methods until she started working with BUCHI NIRSolutions. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Tübingen, Germany.
Professor Dr. Welder Angelo Baldassini is a Professor of Animal Nutrition and Meat Science at FMVZ UNESP Botucatu. His expertise spans beef cattle nutrition and production, metabolism, carcass and meat quality, as well as biochemistry, nutrigenomics, and proteomics. His work focuses on improving cattle nutrition, meat quality, and feed and supplement production. He is also a permanent faculty member of the Animal Science Graduate Programs at FCAV UNESP Jaboticabal and FMVZ UNESP.
