Richard Pugh, the Chief Data Scientist and Co-Founder of Mango Solutions, has over 20 years’ experience helping companies to add value from their data across a variety of industries. He is passionate about delivering pragmatic advice to leading organisations on data-driven transformation, supporting a data-led cultural shift, building a Data Science capability, finding the right questions to answer, and delivering repeatable value through advanced analytics.   

David Riley, the Head of Business Development at Alqami has spent the last 20 years in strategy, leadership, business, and advisory roles in financial services and consulting firms. He has extensive experience in product and proposition development, as well as M&A and post-merger integrations, for both early phase and global organisations. He has held senior positions with Barclays, Deutsche Bank and the London Clearing House. He started his career in New York, and has subsequently worked extensively across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas.

Ben Richardson, the Delta Capita Group Chief Commercial Officer, was previously Chief Operating Officer to the Chief Risk Officer for CIB at Deutsche Bank. He has over 20 years industry experience, specialising in risk management, regulatory requirement implementation and strategic infrastructure transformations, with a wide range of experience gained from front, middle and back office roles in a variety of global locations.
