As GSCF continues to lead in Working Capital as a Service, Shannon’s exceptional ability to drive commercial innovation from both a product and GTM perspective will serve our corporate, bank and asset management clients well. Shannon has extensive experience in leading product, distribution and client delivery with a global perspective. Shannon has led all aspects of product management and go-to-market commercialization across multiple businesses. At FIS, she oversaw the reconciliation business serving global corporates and banks, and later the asset management and alternatives business supporting global asset managers and banks. She joined GSCF from a fintech startup bringing banking solutions to financial advisors in the personal wealth management industry.
Carol is an energetic, multilingual leader with proven experience as a regional treasurer, finance director, internal and external auditor and financial controller who has worked in several countries and across four sectors. She joined Haleon plc as a manager and business partner in 2022 and has taken on significant responsibilities in international treasury, managing banking, funding, and foreign exchange in 39 markets. Her leadership extends to implementing global working capital strategy and initiatives such as supply chain finance, factoring, and bank guarantee facilities. Before joining Haleon, she held a key role as a cluster Finance Director and board member at Leggett & Platt in Luxembourg, overseeing finance and treasury for multiple entities across Europe and Asia. Carol is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, a Swiss qualified accountant and an Associate Member of the International Compliance Association.
Mike has been CEO of Adaugeo Media, the company behind The Working Capital Forum, since 2012. Before that he was CEO of the European operations of the Association for Financial Professionals. Mike is a regular speaker, writer and moderator on working capital and treasury management topics.
