About this event

From SEC Disclosures to DORA and NIS2, regulatory requirements for incident management and breach disclosures are increasing worldwide, exerting unprecedented pressure on cyber and legal teams.

Join NCC Group and RPC as we unpack these challenges, providing technical and legal insights to inform your incident response strategy.

During the session we will explore:

  • How is the regulatory, threat and technology landscape evolving?
  • How should UK-based companies adapt to these new trends?
  • How discoverable have incident handling procedures become?
  • Should we legal proof our cyber programs?
  • How forensically ready should you be?

Don't forget to stay for the open Q&A at the end with our team, they'll be ready to answer any questions you might have.
