The Supplier Scorecard is a monthly dashboard measuring the performance of Tier 1 suppliers supporting current production manufacturing. Subaru measures itself and its suppliers on Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery.
This webinar will discuss the tools and metrics used to judge performance. Instructors will review the process of data collection and expectations in each of the categories. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how to use the Scorecard effectively as a instrument for measuring performance, setting goals and improvement.
