Mental skills for high-pressure work 🧠

High pressure is part of the job — but constant pressure doesn’t have to mean overload, loss of focus, or burnout.

In this session, we’ll explore how pressure impacts the brain, decision-making, and performance — and, most importantly, how to train mental skills that help you stay clear, focused, and effective when it matters most.

Through practical tools and short guided exercises, you’ll learn how to regulate mental overload, stay calm enough to think, protect your focus under pressure, and build mental flexibility for demanding moments at work. The goal: sustainable performance you can actually integrate into your daily routine.

This session is designed for anyone working in high-pressure environments who wants concrete, evidence-based tools they can use right away.

💬 Speaker: Emily Rae — British consultant-trainer based in France, specialising in workplace mental health and wellbeing. Emily delivers practical, engaging workshops grounded in psychosocial risk prevention, mental health first aid, and mind-body practices.
