About this event
Join us for a live online demonstration of ScoutDI’s Scout 137 drone system, showcasing how both visual inspection and ultrasonic thickness measurements (UTM) can be performed safely and efficiently in confined and hard-to-reach environments.
This 45-minute session presents the full digital inspection workflow, from system introduction and live flight to data review in the Scout Portal.
The drone will be flown live during the session, and you can request what you want to see.
Multiple video feeds provide full visibility of the operation, both from the pilot’s perspective and in third person.

I'm a robotics software engineer who enjoys the entire stack, from getting low-level sensors talking, to building the systems in between, to shaping the applications operators rely on. I'm especially drawn to visualization and computer graphics, turning complex robot data into something people can actually see and understand. My passion for drones grew during my master studies, where I was part of a community of students who shared that enthusiasm and built drones together as a team, and it's been at the core of my work ever since. Outside work I enjoy bouldering, enjoying the sunset with a fire pit, and tinkering with side projects.
Eivind has 20+ years of professional experience, mostly in semiconductor, IoT and robotics industries wearing different hats: Application engineer, key customer tech support, product training, online presence manager and as marketing director.
