Two ways to solve an IP conflict without going to court: Alternative Dispute Resolution for SMEs

About this event

Court litigation tends to be expensive and time-consuming. Moreover, in many Latin-American countries decisions are taken by non-specialized people, which does not provide any certainty about the result. The webinar aims to give an overview of how you can best solve Intellectual Property related disputes in an alternative way thanks to mediation and arbitration. You will also be provided expert tips and watch-outs to bear in case of conflict. Moreover, any queries that you might have, shall be answered by the experts during the training session.

About the speaker

Before joining WIPO in 2018, he was in private practice in Corporate Law, Property Law and Contract Law, including IP licensing agreements, franchise agreements and international distribution agreements.
