Noteworthy features include insulation error detection, redundancy, safety contactors, and a liquid cooling jacket at the pack level. SunTera’s fire and explosion prevention measures include heat insulation, protection boards, high-temperature insulation coatings, separate battery compartments, active venting, internal barriers, and an internal fire suppression system.
