The SIA Annual Supplier Business Conference is conducted each year to review the activities and initiatives from the past year and set the vision and course for the future.

Retired U.S. Army Infantry Officer and decorated combat veteran. Responsible for supplier education, leading salary staff instructional programs, and curriculum design and development. Hold a Master of Science in Leadership in Technology from Purdue University and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
34 years with Subaru. Nearly 30 years on the floor as a Team Leader. Certified FST trainer and T3 trainer.
