This forum explored a range of ideas for how city and state leaders can keep NYC competitive amidst the rise of hybrid work and other fundamental economic shifts that have taken root and accelerated since the start of the pandemic. Amidst this challenging new post-pandemic landscape, and with New York facing new competition from a host of cities, our speakers offered ideas for what city policymakers should prioritize--new or scaled up initiatives, projects, or policy changes that will address emerging challenges and seize new opportunities to make New York even stronger, more vibrant, and more equitable.
