Countdown to ICS2 compliance - Part 1

From 1 March 2024, all cargo brought onto the territory of EU, Norway and Northern Ireland by sea, road and rail will come within the scope of the EU’s new advance cargo security system: Import Control System (ICS 2). Legal compliance with ICS 2 will require significant preparation due to the substantial commercial, cargo documentation and IT systems changes, required by both carriers and by their customers.

In this seminar, World Shipping Council and the European Commission DG TAXUD are happy to brief members of the WSC and ECSA on what is coming. We will make sure you learn everything you need to know to deal with the new ICS 2, and give you tools to help inform your customers.
