The recently published White Paper on corporate transparency and register reform looks set to introduce some significant changes to the way corporate entities are administered and the information that will be held on the public record, such as:

• Small companies to disclose full P&L: the end of filleted and abridged accounts.
• Enforced digital submission: no more paper filing.
• ID Verification for all company directors and LLP members.
• Registration and verification of all Third party agents using the service.
• Suppression of historical information on the public record.
