Joe Castiglione, Vice President & Director of Athletics, University of Oklahoma

Joe Castiglione has served as the University of Oklahoma’s Athletics Director since 1998, leading OU Athletics to 26 national championships, record fundraising and major facilities growth. A nationally recognized leader with multiple AD of the Year honors, he has guided OU through SEC realignment and major challenges while fostering academic excellence and student-athlete development. Castiglione is a past president of both the Division I-A Athletic Directors Association and the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA). He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and earned a Master’s of Education degree from OU.

Sean Daly, Director of Sports Business Programs, University of Oklahoma

Sean Daly, Ph.D. comes with over 20 years of experience in sport leadership, sport event and venue operations and collegiate athletic administration and coaching. His research consists of investigating employee and leadership behavior in the sport workplace as well as teaching practices in sport business. In his current role at OU, Daly teaches courses related to analytics, finance and economics while also responsible for managing the program brand, external relationships, adjunct faculty and student internships.

Nick Tobey, Executive Director, Price Executive Academy at the University of Oklahoma

Nick Tobey is Executive Director of the Price Executive Academy at the University of Oklahoma, leading professional and executive education programs. He has extensive experience in executive education at Arizona, Pepperdine, and UCLA, and has developed leadership programs for Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. Tobey has a Master of Science degree in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine, is a graduate of UCLA Anderson’s Executive Program in Management and has a degree in political science from Arizona State University.
