Deep Dive into the development of the Rolex Paris Masters Phygital Experience

Structured around 3 pillars: sport, atmosphere and technological innovation, the Rolex Paris Masters is resolutely turned towards the future. To become an unmissable tennis tournament, the Rolex Paris Masters invests in its must-have tournament digital tool: the mobile app. Indeed, the tournament is looking to create a fluid and personalized experience that delivers continuity with the experience on the court.

To meet this ambition, the tournament’s last edition was supported by its tech partner: CBTW. A worldwide technology company with an ecosystem of six companies with a focus on strategy, technology, and design. In this context, Positive Thinking Company helped the tournament address its main challenges when redesigning its mobile application:

  • The launch of the tournament’s new visual identity through a newly designed mobile application
  • The coordination between the various third-party partners: about 10 stakeholders
  • The integration of complex design data (e.g. Momentum)
  • The CMS integration (Prismic)
  • The marketing features: plan analytics tracking, advertising, gaming mobile & more
