Damian Glendinning is chairman of the CompleXCountries Advisory Board, with extensive experience running corporate treasury in complex markets. After 21 years with IBM, Damian joined Lenovo in 2005 as Group Treasurer, following the acquisition of IBM’s personal computer business. He had spent four years as IBM’s Asia/Pacific treasurer, in Singapore, and was their Director of Global Treasury Operations in New York. Damian is a fellow of the ACCA, and has a degree in French and Italian from Oxford University. He was president of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (Singapore) from June 2010 to July 2018.
Maurice has 30 years experience in p&l management, sales management, marketing and corporate finance. He joined Demica in 2017 to build the world's largest SaaS provider of working capital solutions to banks and large corporates. Past achievements have included leading GE Capital’s CDF Int'l team through its sale and integration into Wells Fargo. Chief Commercial Officer of GE Capital Int'l. Led multiple bond, bank debt, equity and advisory transactions for companies in the TMT sectors.
Pieter leads a dedicated working capital team, with a strong focus on maximising cash impact through big data analytics, culture assessment and cash capability building. In this role Pieter has been part of 70+ working capital programs, across regions and industries. Pieter holds an M.Sc. in International Affairs from the KU Leuven, and a Masters in Management from the Vlerick Business School (BE)
Mike has been CEO of Adaugeo Media, the company behind The Working Capital Forum, since 2012. Before that he was CEO of the European operations of the Association for Financial Professionals. Mike is a regular speaker, writer and moderator on working capital and treasury management topics.
