OECS Commission and NRD AS kindly invites you to attend the webinar that aims at presents the concepts related to Unique identifier (ID), how the solution is being built and what benefits it brings, what steps need to be taken at national and further on – regional levels, OECS Commission together with NRD AS is organizing a webinar: OECS Unique digital ID – enabler of e-Governance and Digital Economy at the National and Regional level.

Development Economist. A Senior Technical Officer/Regional Integration Specialist at the OECS Commission. The Lead Technical Specialist for the Eastern Caribbean Economic Union (ECEU). Responsible for initiatives to strengthen the Free Movement of Persons Regime (FMOPR) of the ECEU.
Dr. Carlene Radix as the Head of Health and the Head of the Human and Social Division at the OECS. The Human and Social Cluster encompasses health, education, social protection and procurement of essential medicines and medical supplies for the region. As Head of Health she provides strategic oversight of the OECS Health Agenda in keeping with the Fort de France Declaration on Health.
V. Ramonas is an expert of digital identity, electronic signature and trust services. He is behind policy work being an official in public administration, representing national interests in regional and EU formats, has been consulting many governmental and private organisations in EU and beyond.
Giedre leads consultancy work supporting digital transformations of national governments globally. Former Alternate Executive Director for Nordic-Baltic constituency at the Executive Board of the World Bank; high-level official of the national Government.
Dr. Jules is responsible for driving the regional integration thrust towards a single economic and social space involving ten Eastern Caribbean States. He has extensive regional and international experience, most of it focused on education, social policy and organizational transformation.
