It will compare phenotypic and laboratory criteria that guide initiation of anti-tubercular therapy in different endemic settings and examine the interpretation of interferon release assays in clinical decision-making. By integrating experiences from multiple international societies, the session seeks to promote evidence-informed, pragmatic, and context-sensitive approaches to tubercular uveitis care worldwide.
