Assuming that General Meetings are allowed in person by then, our AGM will be held on Tuesday April 6, 2021 at 5 pm at the InterContinental Hotel Dieu in Lyon’s second arrondissement.
To ensure the best possible logistics, we would be grateful if you could exercise your voting rights BEFORE the meeting, if possible by using Votaccess. Most of the banks propose this service on your shareholder space, which avoids having to use paper documents.
For those who are unable to attend, there will be a live broadcast of the event, allowing you to ask questions and discuss the event live with the management of Thermador Groupe.
