The Subaru Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is used to assure Quality and readiness for mass production. The APQP used for SIA follows the same structured approach as AIAG and other standardized formats, but goes into more depth. It is a process unique to Subaru which suppliers should be familiar with using.
