Emily Elyshevitz, known by many as The Mama Goddess, is a creative industry mentor and recruiter with 30+ years of experience helping aspiring art directors, copywriters, designers and producers launch their careers. She has served as Program Manager for the BLAC Internship Program, spearheaded Ogilvy’s year-long global internship, and was VP of Creative Recruiting and Diversity Programs at Golin PR. A longtime Miami Ad School educator, she teaches the “Get a Job” course, continually updating her approach with fresh insights on portfolio trends, emerging technologies, and evolving hiring practices. She blends real-world career prep with mentorship, guiding the next generation of creative talent with both expertise and heart.
