Whole Brain Living and Peace Literacy

Neuroscientist Jill Bolte Taylor’s newest book Whole Brain Living: The Anatomy of Choice and the Four Characters that Drive Our Life reveals how we can access peace within ourselves, no matter what is happening externally. This webinar will review the key points of her newest book and a technique called the brain huddle, which she describes in the book. This approach aligns with Peace Literacy, which is a powerful framework for helping increase capacity for peace within individuals, schools, and communities. Ways of cultivating internal peace and how this leads to more peaceful interactions with others will be explored in this session.
