The future of content: incorporating zero-party data within your content marketing strategy

About this event

Following our April webinar series tackling the importance of using customer insight which was attended by more than 350 marketers. The team returns to offer a new and updated event providing insight on content marketing and how the use of zero-party data can give a major competitive advantage to your strategy.

Technology is constantly adapting and recent updates to IOS privacy settings, preventing apps from tracking customer activity, threaten marketer’s abilities to gather and use third and first-party data effectively. This is not an obstacle that us marketers can ignore – all aspects of communication need to be informed by customer data. For content marketing, data is essential in creating and distributing valuable, relevant and consistent content tailored to the target audience which ultimately drives profitable customer action.

This latest webinar presents the use of zero-party data as a solution, providing insight into how it can be incorporated into your content marketing strategy. Zero-party data involves customers voluntarily offering their data to brands therefore addressing concerns around privacy by making the data-gathering process more transparent.

In this session we will cover:

·       The importance of customer data to inform your content marketing strategy

·       Understanding zero-party data

·       The benefits of using zero-party data from a customer and client perspective

·       The most effective methods for gathering zero-party data

·       Creative examples of zero-party data use

This insight into content marketing and how to effectively use zero-party data is sure to address any concerns and provide creative solutions as to how marketers can best adapt to IOS and social media privacy updates, allowing your team to continue delivering exceptional results.
