About this event
Trust in AI-powered experiences is established, or lost, in seconds. A misplaced element, confusing tone, or poorly timed prompt can erode user confidence almost instantly. Traditional tools like clickstreams or surveys often miss the subtle cues that matter most: where users look, hesitate, and decide.
Join Greenbook and Tobii for a free webinar to explore how eye tracking moves beyond static usability testing to capture real-time interactions in dynamic, adaptive interfaces. You’ll see how leading brands apply attention-based insights to recommendation engines, virtual assistants, and personalized dashboards—turning complexity into clarity and hesitation into confidence. Through case studies, and a practical framework for measuring trust, you’ll gain a sharper lens into the moments that matter most.
If your team is building or optimizing AI-driven touchpoints, this session will equip you with actionable strategies to improve clarity, hierarchy, and credibility. You’ll walk away with methods to blend qualitative and quantitative insights, detect trust gaps early, and scale findings across teams for faster optimization and smarter design decisions.
