ICISA members see the important role they must play in supporting and facilitating the transition to more sustainable economies and business. However, the process is not straightforward. We start by hearing a top EU regulator’s perspective on the importance of the industry adapting to changing expectations and requirements. We then hear about the practical implementation of these principles into business operations and how to quantify some of the different aspects of sustainability.
