Chambre de Commerce invites you to their event

Online Workshop: Certificates of origin: what new evidence is required to be compliant?

About this event

Workshop Format: Awareness Workshop on New Documents

About the Workshop:

In a business environment where traceability and customs compliance have become major issues, the certificate of origin plays a crucial role. As official proof of the origin of goods, it is a prerequisite for accessing certain tariff and regulatory advantages.

From 2026, new requirements will require manufacturers and traders to provide more precise and better-documented evidence to guarantee the reliability and transparency of international trade.

This webinar aims to present the certificate of origin in detail, as well as the new documents required for its validation. It will provide you with all the necessary information to be fully operational and effectively meet the new requirements.

Session Outline:

  • Certificate of Origin: Explanation
  • Non-preferential Proof of Origin for Manufacturers
  • Non-preferential Proof of Origin for Traders
  • Administrative Simplification

The workshop will conclude with a Q&A session.

Target Audience: Luxembourg Companies

Speaker: Christophe Coulie - Legal Affairs Manager - Belgian Federation

I assist Belgian and Luxembourg Chambers of Commerce in the optimal implementation of regulations concerning Certificates of Origin and ATA Carnets, in order to strengthen compliance and facilitate international trade.
