Ty has worked in various customer success roles, both customer facing and in internally driven initiatives. Currently, as the Manager of Customer Education, they lead the team to develop educational content for use with product onboarding, customer support, and feature adoption.
Megan is a Customer Success Manager on the Customer Success Team. Her focus is leading customers of all stages through the implementation of TraceGains products. She provides best practices and relevant applications to customer business goals.
