This Tops Unplugged roundtable is all about the consult-to-start journey. There’s no formal presentation and no featured speaker. Instead, the conversation will be shaped by you and your peers.
When you register, you’ll have the opportunity to submit the questions and challenges you’d like to discuss. During the session, participants will upvote the submitted questions they most want to talk about, helping determine where we spend our time. We’ll work through the most popular topics together, share experiences and ideas from the group through Chat and polls, and use additional discussion questions to keep the conversation going.
The conversation may include topics such as converting new patient exams to starts, presenting treatment and financial options, managing pending patients, follow-up strategies, same-day starts, team workflows, and how Tops can support the process. But remember, what we talk about most is up to the room.
