Barney Jackson is mostly at home growing engineering teams from the ground up in early-stage startups with a cause. He has spent the last 10 years working on social impact and environmentally-focused companies and uses his position as a leader to drive meaningful change in the world through commercial success. He is currently Director of Technology at allplants, but still likes to get stuck into some code.

Driven by its mission to build Earth’s most forward-thinking food company, allplants offers vegan hand-prepared meal delivery service across the UK. To incentivise more plant-based living, they create delicious and nutritionally balanced dishes made from 100% plants delivered frozen to customers for freshness, taste and convenience. Since then, they've served plant-based meals to more than one million meals to happy customers nationwide, and earned themselves a clean sweep of Great Taste awards.

In February 2020, allplants completed a €3.9 million funding round through investment platform Seedrs.
