He is a member of the Board of the World Alliance of International Financial Centers (WAIFC).
Lionel Grotto has worked in the public and private sectors with a strong international background and expertise in telecommunications and energy.
Christina has more than 29 years’ experience practicing tax law in France and advises both companies and managers on personal tax matters. She created the specialized practice in France dedicated to employee incentive plans (RSUs, stock-options, deferred compensation, Management Equity Plans, Carried Interest…). Since 2019 Christina leads Global Employer Services (GES) department for the Continental Europe region and she has headed the department in France composed of more than 150 professionals dedicated to personal tax law and international mobility since 2015. She has taught University classes on Trusts and Management Equity Plans (HEC, Caen University) , is an active member of the Global Equity Organization, American Bar Association and is a Board member of the American Center for Art and Culture.
Mike is a partner in the International Assignee Services practice based in London with over 18 years’ experience of advising clients with some of the largest expatriate programs on mobility, reward and employment tax matters. Mike is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
