Özlem joined Euler Hermes in 2011 as CEO of Euler Hermes Turkey where she has worked for 9 years before joining Allianz Trade UK and Ireland as Commercial Director in 2020. As of October 2022, Ozlem joined Allianz Trade Group E-Commerce team as Head of Operations & Finance and since April 2023, she is the Commercial Director for E-Commerce. Özlem has more than +25 years of experience in financial services. She has held several leading roles in banking and finance, including Group Head of Corporate Banking, Group Manager of Retail Banking at HSBC Turkey. She is also familiar with the UK market as she spent time working in the UK as a Global Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking, HSBC, from 2001-2002. Özlem is experienced in driving growth in SME portfolios as well as successfully establishing and managing relationships with large corporates. Ozlem’s area of interest are E-Commerce, Payments and BNPL.
Ingrid Riehl has more than 25 years of management experience in senior positions in the B2B and B2C credit bureau industry at German, Australian, and global companies and associations. Since 2021, she has been the owner of InAdvisory in Germany and holds several advisory and management positions in international organizations, including being Board Director and Member of the Management at BIIA (BIIA Business Information Industry Association). Her areas of expertise include digitalization and data management, as well as the promotion of standards and innovations in b2b2c credit reporting and supply management.
Mohan Ramaswamy, the Co-Founder and CEO of Rubix Data Sciences, has had a career spanning 28 years and is still going strong, marked by significant contributions to prestigious multinational corporations and Indian businesses. Prior to founding Rubix along with his former colleagues from D&B, Mohan served as the CEO of LexisNexis (which is an American Legal Information company) for India and South Asia for 5 years and was also part of the LexisNexis APAC Leadership team. Before his tenure at LexisNexis, Mohan held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Dun & Bradstreet India, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a leading brand in the Indian and overseas market. Additionally, his involvement in the inception of SMERA Ratings Ltd (now Acuite Ratings & Research Ltd) and the Cibil Commercial Bureau underscores his commitment to supporting SMEs and fostering financial inclusion.
Paul Costers is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Cedar Rose a Coface Group company, a niche provider of business intelligence, credit information, and risk solutions, with a strong expertise in the Middle East and North Africa. Paul joined Cedar Rose in March 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience in commercial strategy, sales leadership, and business development. Before joining Cedar Rose, Paul held several senior roles at Moody’s Analytics from 2017 to 2025, including Senior Director for Corporates Sales in Europe, Director of Partnerships & Alliances for APAC & ME, and Director and Head of Greater China. Earlier in his career, he worked at Bureau van Dijk, where he setup and managed the Middle East and Turkey region.
