We know that content marketing can be hard work. Keeping up with trends can feel like a constant production line that never seems to stop. As marketers, you have to consistently publish content and there is always the danger that if you change or stop, you may lose out on key KPIs. However, if you don’t adapt and change your content with trends, your brand can seem left behind. It is so crucial to have your ear to the ground on what your consumers are engaging with and how you as a marketer can jump on those key trends to gain cut-through.

How do you utilise content trends to win at your strategy? In my masterclass I will give you a recap on all of the latest content trends, how to use them in your strategy and what to look out for in the rest of 2021. It will feature some case studies from my work at Rocket and The Howl Creative, alongside some other brands that have used trends to elevate their marketing goals.

I will cover everything from gamification to the ever so popular TikTok and how you can use these for success.

About the speaker

Daniel is an award winning content strategist for brands and organisations including Penguin Random House, Merlin Entertainments, Nickelodeon, Atlantic Records and Jaegermeister. 

With other 7 years experience in the industry, Daniel is currently Strategy Director at Rocket (specialist kids, youth and parent business) and Co-Founder of The Howl Creative (content creation for entertainment and music brands) Daniel has sat on multiple award panels from CMA to Social Day, featured on industry podcasts and spoke at marketing events for the IAB. 

Daniel also is a content creator in his spare time writing and produced music that has been used for commercial purposes by Sky Sports, BT Sport, British Swimming, Spotify, featuring also on BBC Radio 1, BBC 6Music and Introducing.
