Nersen joined W1M as Senior Investment Director in August 2025. Previously, Nersen was on the Global Multi Asset team at Royal London Asset Management for over eight years, focussed on communicating macro and investment strategies to clients across the UK. In the twenty years before that, Nersen worked as a global portfolio manager for Barclays Global Investors and Kleinwort Benson, and in multi asset research idea distribution for Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and China’s Haitong Securities, gaining experience globally and across asset classes. Nersen is an Associate of the CFA Institute (holding the ASIP investment qualification) and has an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
George joined in 2024 and is Head of Adviser Solutions, as well as managing investment portfolios for clients and their professional advisers. He joined from Brooks Macdonald where he was a Senior Investment Director and Head of London, having joined the firm in 2007 as a graduate trainee. Over his 16 years with Brooks Macdonald, George performed various roles, including leading the Emerging Markets Research for a number of years, managing client and adviser investment portfolios and heading up London investment teams. George has various investment qualifications and is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI and has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
