Subaru invites you to their event

Developing Floor Leaders to be Quality Professionals I

About this event

The future of our organizations is in the hands of the newest team members in our shops.  Groom them and they will prosper, develop, and grow.  Ignore them, and they will stagnate, become indifferent, and might take their talents elsewhere.  Like cultivating a healthy garden, the work investing in its success must come before the flowers and fruits.  It takes time, discipline, and effort.

This webinar is rooted in the Total Process Management philosophies.  We will concentrate on the below learning objectives.

  1. Basic leadership development
  2. Understanding techniques for grass roots analysis
  3. Driving towards solutions

Front line leaders need to understand how to gather basics facts and determine reasons for failures.  Then be able to take this data and conduct deductive reasoning and learn to ask the right questions to be good leaders and good managers.

This webinar is used to develop Team Leaders on the SIA line.
