Event description: You’ve enabled your account with SMS—now what? Attend this interactive workshop if you’re ready to shift gears from a beginner to an advanced SMS strategy. Please note that this is an advanced training, and it will move quickly.

Attend this training if: you are an experienced Klaviyo user who is comfortable with SMS basics, looking to add SMS automations, and interested in SMS campaign best practices.

In this session we will: insert dynamic content into an SMS abandoned cart message, create SMS segments, and discuss campaign best practices.

Session requirements:

  • SMS is enabled in your account
  • You are familiar with SMS consent and have a mobile terms of service and privacy policy
  • Klaviyo account is integrated with ecommerce data (for dynamic content)

Tips for success:

  • Use a second monitor or separate device so you can view both the webinar and your account
  • Complete the session requirements
  • Come logged into Klaviyo and ready to build
