Matt leads the development of research, strategies, and partnerships to help organizations and workers achieve their financial health goals. He has helped grow Financial Health Network workplace programs including the Employer FinHealth Forum, Worker Financial Wellness Initiative, Employee Ownership collaborations, and the Essential Benefits framework. A nationally recognized expert on workplace financial wellness, Matt has been featured in the NY Times, Washington Post, AP, and other outlets. He previously served as Head of Financial Wellness Customer Strategy at Prudential and Head of Human Resources at Maine Medical Center.
