About this event
In the fitness industry, data is especially important. It helps you understand and improve business processes so you can minimize wasted money and time. By analyzing multiple data points you can make data-driven business decisions which will in turn increase profits. These data points, including instructor performance and member insights, allow you to fully adapt to your staff’s and members’ needs so you can optimize your business. With this information, you can choose the most efficient way to configure your class offerings, schedule your instructors, adjust your pricing structure, and understand your customers.
In order for data to be valuable and efficient, it has to be analyzed and used in the right way. So the question becomes, how will you get that data, and how will you use it?
